Ko Aung Maw Thu

My name is Mr. Aung Maw Thu. I have over a quarter of a century of experience in the educational sector, having worked as a teacher, academic manager, vice principal, curriculum and management director, and consultant since 1999. In order to make the world a better place, I firmly believe that all of our pupils should have access to equitable, true, and real education. 

I am now placing myself forward to the First Education Company to help international and private schools establish themselves as superior educational options for our children and their family members. 

I am working hard to provide the grantee with an opportunity and chance to develop the best self-esteem and self-confidence and become leaders in any area, not only for our children but also for their parents. All that our parents and children need to do to accomplish all of this is choose a location that completely offers education services with compassion, love, and enthusiasm. I am here to engage with our parents and students for that reason. 

ကျွန်နော် ကတော့ ဆရာ ဦးအောင်မော်သူ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။ ကျွန်နော် သည် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၂၅ နှစ်ကျော် ပညာရေး နယ်ပယ်တွင် သင်ကြားရေး ဆရာ၊ ကျောင်းစီမံခံခွဲရေး၊ ဒုကျောင်းအုပ်ကြီး၊ သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်း နှင့် စီမံခံခွဲရေးမှူး နှင့် ကျောင်းဘက်စုံဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ပညာရေး အကြံပေးဦးစီ သူအဖြစ် တာဝန် အသီးသီး ကိုထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ကျွန်နော့်၏ အဓိက ရည်မှန်းချက်သည် ကျောင်းသား/သူတိုင်း သည် ညီမျှသော ပညာရေး၊ စစ်မှန်သော ပညာရေး နှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ပညာရေး ကို ရရှိစေခြင်းပင်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ။ 

ယခုအခါ သည်တွင် The First Education Company နှင့် ပူပေါင်း ဦးစီး၍ International and Private schools များကို ပြီးပြည့်စုံသော ပညာရေး သင်ကြားရေး ဖွံဖြိုးတက်ရေး နေရာမြေကောင်း အဖြစ် ပိုမိုပြည့်စုံစေရန် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေး နေပါသည်။ 

ကျွန်နော် ကိုယ်တိုင်ကလဲ ကျောင်းနှင့် အတူပူပေါင်း၍ ပြီးပြည့်စုံပြီး ထူးခြား ကောင်းမွန်သော  ကျောင်းများဖြစ်စေရန် အပြင် ကျောင်းသား/သူ တိုင်း အတွက် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ယုံကြည်မှု၊ မိမိကိုယ်ကို အားကိုးကြိုးစားမှု များဖြင့် နေရာ အသီးသီး နယ်ပယ် အသီးသီး တို့တွင် ဦးဆောင် နိုင်သော သူများဖြစ်စေရန်ပါ စီစဉ် ပုံဖော် အကောင်ထည်ဖော်ပေးနေပါသည်။ ယခုလို ပန်းတိုင်ခရီးကို ရောက်ရှိဖို့သည် မိဘ၊ အုပ်ထိန်းသူ ကျောင်းသား/သူ များ အတွက် ကျောင်းကောင်း တစ်နေရာ သည် မလွဲဧကန် လိုအပ် နေမှာ အသေအချာ ပင်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။ ဒါကြောင့် သည်ပင်လဲ ကျွန်နော် သည်ယခုလို The First Education Company နှင့် ပူပေါင်း ပါဝင် စီမံ ပေးရခြင်းဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်သ ကြေငြာ အသိပေး မိတ်ဆက်ရ ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
